In a shocking act, riot police shoved an elderly man, causing him to stumble backwards and slam his head on the ground.

According to WBFO, the incident took place in Buffalo’s Niagara Square.
The man, who was holding a helmet, approached several officers and they appeared to push him, causing him to stumble backwards and out of the camera frame.
He could then be seen laying on the ground, motionless, in what appeared to be pooling blood beneath his head.
A protester urged the police to call an ambulance before the video ended.

“During a skirmish involving protesters,” the Buffalo police claimed, “one person was injured when he tripped and fell.”
The officers have been suspended:
