AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. – A high school band choreographer and coach who worked on a contractual basis at Air Academy High School has been arrested for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old student.

David Hurd, 38, was arrested on April 11 and booked in the Aurora City Jail on a $50,000 bond, according to a news report from KUSA-TV.

He faces at least two counts of sexual exploitation of a child and obscenity, the news report said.

Hurd has been involved in many school marching band activities throughout the nation as a paid consultant, and authorities believe there may be more victims.
