BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – A 16-year-old student was found by an employee sitting at an elementary school computer “with his pants down.”

Police say a teacher’s aide at Plantation Elementary School “walked into a classroom during a lunch break Thursday and encountered the teenager, seated in front of a computer with his pants down,” according to KBAK.

Officials did not elaborate about what exactly the student was doing while his pants were down.

When he was found, he “ran off,” but was later located and arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.

The student was reportedly not a student at the school and the classroom he was found in “was adjacent to the street,” NBC 17 reports.

After his arrest, he was booked into the Kern County Juvenile Hall.

Police say no students witnessed the incident.
