CHICAGO – A Chicago elementary school teacher allegedly ran a car off the road and impersonated a police officer – to perhaps the worst person imaginable.
West Ridge Elementary teacher Mark Kelley forced another car off the road in Chicago on Thursday, according to Assistant State’s Attorney Erin Antonietti.

When Kelley got out of his car, he yelled “I am a police officer from Wisconsin, and I am going to f— you up,” according to a police report, DNAinfo reports.
Kelley snapped several photos of the victim’s car and drove off.
His mistake? The target of Kelley’s aggression was an off-duty police officer.
After flagged down a police car, the officer was able to ID Kelley, who allegedly had “a knit cap, glasses and a CPS paycheck” in his car.
The teacher was charged with felony impersonation of a police officer and misdemeanor aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly using his car to force the other vehicle off the road.
Judge Laura Sullivan ordered a $10,000 I-bond for Kelley, “meaning he can go home to await his next court date,” Red Eye Chicago reports.
