When he returned to his patrol car, 20-year-old Miranda Kay Rader was at the wheel of an SUV that had crashed into the vehicle attempting to her shirt back on over her unfastened bra, according to the Dallas News.

“I asked her why she was not dressed while driving and she stated that she was taking a Snapchat photo to send to her boyfriend while she was at a red light,” Sartell wrote.

Rader told Sartell she wasn’t injured in the collision, and was on her way back to her dorm on the Texas A&M campus after from drinking wine with a friend.

Sartell noticed an open bottle of wine in the vehicle and administered a field sobriety test, which she failed. He then hauled Rader to the hospital to test the blood-alcohol level through a blood draw, The Eagle reports.

Rader, listed as a freshman in the university directory, was charged with driving while intoxicated with an open container, as well as minor in possession of alcohol and booked into the Brazos County Jail overnight.
