BROOKSVILLE, Fla. – A Florida cafeteria worker faces felony charges after police allege she used explicit text messages, pictures and video to lure a teen to the school’s kitchen, where the two engaged in “multiple sexual activities.”

Hernando County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 40-year-old Hernando Christian Academy lunch lady Amie Chevalier Aug. 8 after she allegedly admitted to the inappropriate relationship with a male student at the school last year, the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Deputies contend Chevalier exchanged about 100 sexually charged text messages – some including nude pictures and video – to a male student before arranging to meet the teen in the school’s kitchen.

According to the Times:

During an interview with investigators, she admitted to the relationship — noting that she was aware of the boy’s age and that her actions were wrong — and gave detailed descriptions of their sexual interactions. She also told them she made plans to have sex with the teen during an open house party at one of his friends’ homes when the parents of the friend were away, according to the report.

The two allegedly rendezvoused in the school kitchen between September and November 2016, when the teen touched her bare vagina and she rubbed the boy’s genitals over his clothes, the Daily Mail reports.

The relationship started when the two developed a “friendly” rapport, and evolved into “sexting” messages about Chevalier’s ‘twitchy p***y,” according to the news site.

“All day my p***y has been twitchy,” the lunch lady allegedly wrote in one exchange. “I knew if you touched me for a second I would.”

Other messages described lewd acts they hoped to perform on each other, according to court records that did not detail the student’s age.

Chevalier, who is not married, was charged with unlawful sexual activity with a minor and transmission of harmful material to a minor. And it’s not the first time she’s faced criminal charges.

She faced organized fraud charges in 2007. She was also in court as a defendant in domestic violence cases in 2008 and 2009, the Times reports.

Chevalier’s arrest comes about three months after another high-profile sex abuse case at the school involving the husband of former principal Cathy McAllister, 68-year-old Bruce McAllister, who was a volunteer at the school.

McAllister currently faces 32 criminal charges for alleged sex assaults on three foreign exchange students who were under his care. Brooksville police allege McAllister was boarding the teens when he told them he was an expert in sports medicine who could make them American football stars, according to the news site.

“(Hernando Christian Academy) is committed to helping ensure a proper resolution in these matters and doing so in line with the strong values that have shaped the school since its founding in 1981,” school attorney Matt Foreman wrote to the Times in a prepared statement. “Given the ongoing nature of the investigation of these matters, it would be inappropriate to comment further at this time.”

Assistant Attorney Erin Daly, who is prosecuting both cases, vowed to leverage the “full extent of the law.”

“When these things happen in schools, it is very unfortunate,” Daly said. “We will do everything we can to go forward in making sure these actions are reprimanded.”

Brooksville police Chief George Turner declined to comment on the cases, according to the Times.
