CROSS, S.C. – A South Carolina high school teacher has been charged with having sex with three high school students on several occasions, including one night at a party when she allegedly had sex with all three of them.

Ellen Niemic, 29, a teacher at Cross High School in Berkeley County, South Carolina, has been charged with two counts of sexual battery, because two of the students were 17 at the time of the incidents, according to a report from the New York Post. The other student was 18 at the time.

The teacher, a married mother of three children, allegedly had sex with the boys on and off school property, according to police investigators.

“It started with dirty talk, then there was texting,” Mike Bosnak, an attorney representing the three students. “She was texting nude pictures and that kind of stuff. Then just from there it just went on. Some of it took place at the school. She also was picking one of them up in the morning and had sex with him in the morning and in the afternoons.”

Niemic has been placed on administrative leave and banned from school property, the news report said.
